Recent Projects and Installations.

Below are just a few of the projects Dantech has completed recently illustrating the varied work in the food industry we have completed with our partner

* 2003 -- Major conveying and logistics system for de-boning, sorting and distribution of pork.

* 2003 -- Chill room rail system for beef carcasses, including structural steel work

* 2003 -- Rack/trolley washing cabinet for large cooking racks, pass through design from high to low risk.

* 2003 -- Pass-through washing machine for a combination of Dolavs-Tote bins-Trays and wire baskets. A unique and challenging project for a major ready meals company.

* 2003 -- Microwave cooking system totally to bring an existing plant up to 900 kW capacity.

* 2002 -- Engineering and technical report on slaughterhouse in Serbia.

* 2002 -- Microwave tempering system for meat with an average of 6 tonnes per hour throughput up tempering product from approx. -18° C to -4°C. Complete with PLC control and CO2 fire detection and protection. For a large sausage production facility.

* 2002 -- Hygiene sluice system with hand sanitizing and turnstile gates

* 2002 -- 2 buggie racking storage systems for more than 120 buggies complete with hydraulic lifters

* 2002 -- Pace de-boning line for pork
